A modern take on a Northern Italian style espresso blend – this dark roast is never over-roasted. We developed it with the goal of creating a dynamic and crowd-pleasing espresso. Expect a rich, full-bodied espresso with lots of crema and notes of dark chocolate, caramel and molasses.
Because of the varying availability of coffee crops, the coffees that make up this dark roast will periodically change, whilst maintaining (or improving) the same flavor profile. Currently it is a two-part blend of a washed Guatemala and natural Brazil.
